How are the purchases delivered?
The purchases are delivered via digital download and are available to you INSTANTLY after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing the download link upon purchase. You will also receive instructions on how to install and operate your purchase.

Is technical support offered for these guides?
Yes we offer some limited technical support for our products. However, we do NOT supply support for 3rd party programs or scripts. We can only realistically assist those having technical problems with our own products.

Refund Policy:

What if I deleted the file?
